Do we pay for every employee?

You pay for full users: the people who work in the apps. Employees who only request leave, claim expenses, check in or open their payslips use self-service for free.

How long does it take to get started?

Your workspace is ready a few minutes after you sign up. You can import your data from spreadsheets yourself, or book one of our fixed-price onboarding packs.

Do we need to install anything?

No. DynamoOS runs in the browser on a computer, a tablet or a phone. We run it, update it and back it up for you.

Can we take our data with us?

Yes. Export your data in standard formats at any time. After a trial that ends without a plan the workspace stays read-only, so you can still export; after a cancellation you have 30 days to export.

Is there a free plan?

There is a 14-day free trial with every app, and no card is needed. After that you choose a plan.

Dynamo AI answers questions from your own records and shows the source next to every answer. It only draws on what each person is already allowed to open, and it is included in every plan, with monthly credits for every full user.
